Shipping & Return Policy

At Finigo Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery is completed within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is available across India, and tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.

We offer a 5-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at finigostorehelp@gmail.com with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
